Patient Eligibility & Qualifying Diagnosis
Most Medicaid patients are eligible for home telemonitoring services.
The State of Texas Senate Bill No. 293 defines that a patient must be diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions in order to qualify:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- CHF
- COPD
- Heart Disease
- Myocardial Infarction
- Stroke
- Cancer
- Pregnancy
- Asthma
Patients do not need to be home bound, nor utilizing home health services.
Our highly skilled team within our Eligibilty Dept. will work closely with your designated office staff to ensure patients meet all Medicaid reimbursement eligibility requirements before telemonitoring services are initiated.
